About the Position
In summary, as a Legal Executive Assistant in the litigation department of a growing business, you would play a crucial role in supporting attorneys and ensuring the efficient operation of the legal team. From managing schedules to delving into legal research, you'll be the supporting their litigation partners as they navigate complex cases. This role will be based fully onsite as standard.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to partners in the Litigation department.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Maintain organised filing systems for legal documents and correspondence.
Assist in case management, including tracking deadlines and preparing legal documents.
Act as a liaison between partners and clients, handling inquiries and communications.
Assist with billing and finance tasks, including tracking billable hours and expenses.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and support.
Assist with the expansion of the business.
Demonstrate adaptability and initiative in a dynamic business environment.
Experience/Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in a Legal Personal / Executive assistant role
Previous experience in Litigation
An enthusiastic attitude and a proactive approach to your work ethic
Proficiency in MS Office applications and legal software
Strong organisational and time-management skills,
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent Dictaphone typing skills essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Remuneration Package
The salary will be between €55,000 and €65,000 per annum. DOE
