Our client, a well known E-commerce company are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their growing Dublin team as a Workplace Facilities Associate ! The organization is currently reimagining the role of our physical workspace and prioritizing initiatives that cultivate a thriving and collaborative work environment. This role will be instrumental in implementing these changes and ensuring a seamless experience for all our employees.
Key Responsibilities
:
Implement and oversee proactive maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to safety and security protocols.
Foster a positive and efficient work environment by maintaining a clean, organized, and functional office space.
Cultivate a strong service ethic through prompt and professional responses to inquiries and requests via designated channels.
Partner with internal teams to manage and optimize office space utilization, including furniture configuration and inventory.
Drive and support sustainability initiatives within the office to minimize our environmental impact.
Build and maintain positive relationships with external vendors, service providers, and building management, serving as a key point of contact.
