Irish software start-up Intercom are set to receive €760,000 in funding from Twitter co-founder Biz Stone.
Numerous well-known Irish and International technology names will also be helping the start-up out with funding.
Paul Adams, an Irish-born Facebook executive, is also taking part in the investment. He and Stone will join Intercom’s advisory board while Irish technology entrepreneurs Paddy Holohan and Eamonn Leonard are also participating in the investment.
Intercom chief executive Eoghan McCabe described Intercom as being a cross between a customer relationship management system and an instant-messaging platform.
