Trustee Supervisor 

About the Position

The main responsibility of the role is the Supervision of a team who oversee the review of a portfolio of Funds across multiple fund structures and asset types.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Supervise the completion of the department NAV reviews, client reporting, compliance reviews
  • Review and sign off on assistant and officers work
  • Deal with all queries received in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with clients to ensure errors/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner
  • Ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues
  • Identify and propose procedural enhancements
  • Maintain an appropriate control environment to ensure the firm fulfils its depositary responsibilities
  • Provide department reporting to management
  • Participate in new fund launches
  • Participate in Fund Administrator on-site visits
  • Assist with training, development and motivation of the team to ensure a positive working environment
  • Provide ad hoc project support
Keep up to date with regulatory and industry developments


  • At least 5 years industry experience, with at least 2-3 years being direct Trustee experience
  • A third level business / Finance related qualification
  • Extensive AIFMD and UCITS regulatory knowledge is key and a clear understanding of the Depositary requirements under these regulations
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time to maximise efficiency and meet strict deadlines
  • Takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities
