We are looking to hire a Business Analyst:

  • to support HR related applications as a member of the the IT department: combine strong business analysis with project management experience and technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to satisfy all aspects of application management.
  • to guide and coach the continuous improvement and evolution of SAP SuccessFactors together with internal stakeholders and external service providers located across the globe.

Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

  • Contributes to management of HRIT initiatives following a governance model for reviewing, prioritizing and monitoring initiatives.
  • Coordinates between IT, internal clients and external vendors on all aspects of application management.
  • Formalizes business cases for new functionalities and requirements, conducts gap analysis, process re-engineering sessions and workshops, proposes technical solutions and builds technical specifications, develops test scripts and supports testing processes.
  • Contributes to better internal use of SAP SuccessFactors: leverages technical knowledge of the system and its application within the HR domain to optimize workflows, eliminate manual processes and improve system integration.
  • Manages vendor relationships and various support processes at a distance across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Manages software upgrades together with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Drives the use of analytics and reporting tools.

About you

In addition, to be an ideal candidate you have the following background, skills and mindset:

Working experience / Technical skills:

  • 5 or more years experience in the HR functional area and business analysis.
  • General project management knowledge and understanding of lifecycle management including managing multiple deliverables with overlapping priorities and deadlines. Must be comfortable in rapidly changing and sometimes ambiguous work situations.
  • Technical experience with SAP SuccessFactors in at least two of the following modules: Employee Central, Recruiting/Onboarding, Compensation, Talent Development (Performance, Succession, Learning) and EC Cloud Payroll (other payroll system experience a plus).
  • Experience with systems integration, technical interfaces and analytics.
    Certified SuccessFactors Professional is preferred.
  • Development knowledge in SharePoint / Power Platform a plus.

Education / Personal / Communication:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in management information systems, computer science, business management, human resources management, or a related field
  • Ability to own tasks, prioritize work, multi-task, and work independently with remote supervision
  • Ability to participate in several international projects in parallel
  • Must be able to manage confidential data
  • Fluent written and spoken English a must
  • Knowledge of French an advantage
  • Based in Paris or Dublin
