Senior Service-Now analyst

About the Company

My client, a Dublin based global organisation going through huge growth, now requires a Senior Service-Now Analyst to support their bleeding edge tech stack.


About the Position

The successful candidate will support the complete virtual infrastructure estate as well as all any change or incident management across their main platform, ServiceNow.

You will be well versed in working within different compliance frameworks such as SOX and ITIL and will have a proven background working within a windows environment.

You will have experience in working closely with other functions such as Business and application support, as well as Automation and change / project management.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the primary contact in Dublin for all ServiceNow platform change requests
  • Support infrastructure solutions team in resolving any operational / security / malware incidents as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner
  • Support all major infrastructure projects as required
  • Microsoft Windows patching Documentation and miscellaneous support
  • Document / maintain new application and operating system installation and configurations
  • Document and maintain helpdesk and onsite procedures
  • Configure, deploy, and relocate corporate desktops, laptops, and monitors
  • Install and configure standard applications
  • Document and maintain helpdesk and onsite procedures


  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience working in an IT support role
  • Strong experience of working within an ITIL environment
  • Proven background in ServiceNow management and support
  • Experience supporting Microsoft desktop operating systems, preferably Windows 10
  • MCP, MSCE or other industry recognised certifications
  • Cloud certification and/or experience with Cloud technologies highly beneficial
  • Strong knowledge and experience of MS Teams and other video conferencing services
  • Good knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS) and technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
