HR Generalist

You will be responsible for the provision of administrative and support services to the HR Director and the HR Manager and in turn provide an efficient and confidential service to staff. Excellent administration skills and attention to detail are required.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Input data into new HR database
  • Assist with the maintenance of staff records on the new HR system 
  • Assist with the maintenance of flexi time and all leave records
  • Support line managers and provide advice on HR matters such as policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure high level of best practice
  • Adhoc project work across the full life-cycle, there are a number of exciting projects in the pipeline
  • Support Management on Performance Management Process.
  • Assist in the development of and contribute to the communications strategy, improvement initiatives to teams and employee engagement programmes. 
  • Induction & onboarding of new hires. 
  • Supporting the exit and off boarding process.
 

Experience/Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years of HR Generalist experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, processes and analytics in a regulated fast-paced environment. 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pragmatic approach

Remuneration Package

€35,000 - €40,000
