The company

Our Client is a market leading corporate Law Firm based in Dublin 1

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with and advise the business on all things related to talent – from recruitment and selection, integration, performance management, development and engagement.
  • Responsible for providing comprehensive proactive HR partnership to specified departments and their respective teams
  • Provide general HR support to all levels of staff in business areas
  • Anticipate issues and needs within the business areas and address these effectively
  • Carry out HR projects to support the HR strategy
  • Mentor and develop members of the Talent team
 

Experience/Requirements 

The role is suited to a self-starter who can operate calmly under pressure, work effectively to deadlines and who is highly organised.

The candidate will be a strong team player with excellent influencing skills. He/she should have the ability to think strategically and execute flawlessly. He/she should have the ability to handle multiple tasks with tight overlapping deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, confidence and a natural curiosity will also be key to success in the role.

Experience Required The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years HR Advisory experience, preferably within a professional services environment.

Remuneration Package

65,000 -70,000 plus benefits
