About the Position

The positions are accompanied an excellent salaries, benefits packages etc. Two of these vacancies are day shifts and two are night shifts.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as a single point of contact for incidents, requests or additional duties required by a client
  • Address technical issue requests with critical application and infrastructure components
  • Collaborate users and external partners professionally and efficiently
  • Liaise with 2nd and 3rd level technical team
  • Support and manage key SLA’s
  • Track resolution of any technical issue to ensure SLA’s met

Experience/Requirements 

  • Customer facing experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL and incident management process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ticketing systems
