HR Administrator

The Role

This is to support the Human Resources Manager and so will suit a HR graduate with some experience, who is looking to gain further experience in a fast paced working environment, or a HR Administrator looking to put their skills to use and grow their role to take on additional tasks in all elements of HR. You will need to be someone who wants to learn new skills, has an approachable manner and a genuine interest in HR matters. As part of the HR department, you will be involved in promoting a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Recruitment - including advertising, candidate screening, interview organisation etc.
  • Creation and maintenance of employee files including preparation of contracts of employment and follow up of same
  •  General HR administration including filing, reference checks, reference letters etc.
  • Maintenance of training records
  • Minuting of meetings for various departments
  • Assistance with the TUPE process •
  • Management of employee absence where required
  •  Assistance with preparation of legal documentation

Experience/Requirements 

  • Third level HR/ Business qualification essential
  •  Recruitment (full cycle experience) desirable
  • Excellent IT skills - MS Office
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  •  Proven organisational and time management skills.  Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

Remuneration Package

30,000-35,000
