Operations Reporting Manager

About the Company

This organisation is one of the world's largest financial services providers who, since the 1980's, have had a sizable presence in Ireland. Following Brexit, they doubled the staff of their Dublin offices as they further embarked on a period of exciting growth of their Irish operations. 

About the Position

This is a critical new position, which will see you play a key role in provision of reporting, risk and governance oversight across a number of their European and world wide operations. You will be embedded within a small and collaborative team who have access to board level stakeholders right across the business. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Monthly and quarterly KPI reporting of financial and non-financial deliverables
  • Monitor and report on Risk Management and Control Framework efficiencies
  • Collaboration and liaison with CFO and other senior stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation
  • Preparing board level presentation and reporting packs
  • Assisting the COO with development of further risk management and corporate governance tools and best practices
  • Lead on-going process improvement and enhancement across reporting, strategy, and governance

Experience/Requirements

Suitable candidates will have a strong corporate background, having spent time in a large, regulated organisation in the financial services sector, and will hold a minimum relevant third level degree, with a further professional qualification in accounting, audit, risk or general management highly likely. You will have significant experience in reporting and risk governance and in person will be highly organised, detail focused and have the an ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and manage within a complex corporate environment.
