About the Company:

Our client, a registered charity, supporting people through nationwide Resource Centres are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator. This position is based in their office in Dublin 24

About the Position:

The objective of this role is to provide high quality administrative and clerical support to members of multidisciplinary team. This includes handling information requests, preparing correspondence, and helping to support the administration of centres and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general information regarding the company’s services and equipment.
  • Administrative support of local clinics.
  • Prepare reports, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
  • Provide administrative support to members of multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage and maintain diaries/schedules
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining files, photocopying and general administration.
  • Petty Cash/Lodgements
  • Involvement in on-going team projects.
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.


  • Minimum of three years administration experience in a charity or healthcare company
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of administrative/clerical procedures and computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Access & Power point, managing files and records, preparing reports and other office procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as evening or weekend work may be required from time to time
  • Ability to work with sensitive & confidential information
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Proven organisational skills & ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills/ability to deal with people
  • Pleasant and efficient telephone manner

Remuneration Package:

€28,000 - €33,000 plus benefits
