The purpose of this role is to lead a team in developing and implementing strategies in the areas of reward, benefits, recognition, performance management and organisational design, in support of the Bank’s strategic plan and objectives. The incumbent will manage the total reward agenda, and will build an Employee Value Proposition (EVP), in line with the Bank’s talent attraction and retention strategy to ensure the Bank is positioned as a fulfilling place to work. They will develop a team of subject matter experts and professionals to work collaboratively with the business to successfully deliver on these strategies.
