Sales Order Administrator
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Sales Order Management, ensuring accurate & timely processing of Customer Orders and deliveries where timing is a critical component. The incumbent will ideally have an understanding of Duty, Logistics and Regulatory requirements around Sales Order Fulfillment. A high level of Customer Service is to be maintained throughout. The incumbent needs to be a flexible and proactive problem solver.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Order Processing
- PO’s and artwork to be sent to supplier.
- Check supplier confirmation
- Process proofs (attention to detail).
- Confirm production schedule.
- Track deliveries.
- Send invoices to customers
- Resolve any order issues
- Oversee external Fulfillment Orders
- Daily Essential CRM, Outlook-email
- Artwork experience / Strong admin skills
- Time management / Experience with online portals-booking sites
- High level of customer service
Couriers
- Arranging collections from 3rd countries (namely UK and China)
- Booking nationwide deliveries to customers (B2B and B2C)
- Processing import VAT/duty payments and documentation
- Manage all deliveries to fruition Daily
- Experience with managing deliveries.
- Understanding of VAT/Duty
Reporting
- Send sales report to directors
- Create reports on customers’ accounts Weekly, Quarterly
- Reporting/Excel experience
Office
- Manage activities within the office.
- Resolve any IT/phone issues.
- Manage company email and CRM accounts
- Order stationary when required
- Process catalogue drops to customers
- Arrange for samples to be sent to customers
- Daily/weekly/quarterly
IT Skills
- Mail merge experience
- Previous office management experience
