Human Resources Analyst
Our Client is a leading global aircraft leasing company. This role is based in Dublin 1
The successful candidate will be specifically responsible for providing people-related data analytics to the HR team and the business. This is a unique opportunity to work in an extremely varied role, where you will gain insight and experience of a complete suite of HR activities as well as hone your analytical skills in a results-driven environment.
Act as a subject matter expert for monitoring and reporting on HR activities – including resourcing, recruitment and selection, payroll, remuneration, performance management & learning and development.
Design, maintain and enhance HR reports and provide key people-related data metrics and analytics on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
Design and execute processes with a view to increasing efficiency within the HR team and user experience in the wider company.
Develop knowledge of the Human Resources Systems with a view to improving utilisation of functionality, efficiency and user experience.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide people-related data and analysis.
Provide ongoing support and be a point of contact on HR queries to the business
Assist with payroll inputs / preparation for four jurisdictions (Ireland, France, Netherlands and Hong Kong).
Assist with global mobility activities and track key metrics.
Assist with the design and roll out of employee surveys and wellbeing programmes.
Contribute to the accomplishment of HR activities, projects and initiatives as required.
Degree level qualification in a numerical, analytical or business field is essential
1-2 year's experience in a corporate environment, ideally in an analytics role
Previous HR experience - particularly in compensation and benefits would be a huge advantage
Strong numerical skills and Experience with Excel
€40,000 - €50,000 plus benefits
