My client is one of the world's leading reinsurers, a Global Multinational organisation based in Leopardstown.

About the Role

This position is a 6 month contract position that has arisen due to increased workload. It is a fantastic opportunity to gain Multinational experience to progress your HR Career

Key Responsibilities

Partner with our client's stakeholders to achieve optimal business outcomes by providing support on HR policy, programs, and practices.

Effectively coordinate the employee life cycle, including but not limited to:

  • Recruitment, Selection - Onboarding
  • Global Mobility
  • Employee Relations
  • Remuneration, Rewards & Benefits
  • HR systems Support (Workday)
  • Risk and Compliance
     

Experience/Requirements

  • Formal tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related field
  • 2 years’ experience in human resources
  • Speak a second language (German is preferred)
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Solid experience in recruitment & selection
  • Well developed interpersonal skills – ability to build and maintain effective relationships with management and staff
  • Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
 

Remuneration Package

€40,000 - €45,000
