HR Generalist / HR Administrator

About the Position

Based in the IFSC this person will be responsible for the delivery of end-to-end HR Operations to their industry leading talent base. 

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Responsible for monthly end to end payroll processes for multiple locations and all queries relating to payroll
  • Reconciliation of payroll, taxes, pensions payments and authorised payroll deductions  
  • Complete required annual returns (TRS, IR8A, Director Emoluments, other as required)
  • Responsible for benefits administration and renewals for multiple locations – healthcare, pension, insurance etc. Ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date
  • Responsible for monthly payroll/ benefits related reporting processes including liaison with finance

Employee Relations

  • Resolve and respond to employee queries – payroll, benefits, leave entitlements, HR systems, HR policies etc
  • Lead the wellbeing agenda for the Dublin Office

HR Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and present people data analysis for various audiences as required
  • Construct, analyse and synthesise people related data in a way which assists decision making

Performance Management

  • Manage the bi-annual Performance Management process
  • Collate and analyse statistics for reporting purposes
  • Super user of the Appraisal Performance Management software, training new joiners on process and system
  • Recruitment & Induction

  • Administration of recruitment activities incl. graduate program
  • Manage Onboarding & Offboarding processes
  • HR induction for new employees
  • Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR systems up to date at all times
  • Prepare all employee documentation and forms as required
  • Act as point of contact for all general HR employee/ manager queries
  • Ensure probation period process adherence.
  • Maintain HR policies and Employee Handbook up to date in line with employment law
  • Provide support to the HR team as required
  • HR projects as required
  • Coordinate GDPR & Audit activities
  • Above list is non-exhaustive and role will develop over time

Experience/Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years’ work experience ideally within HR
  • University degree in HR, Business or other discipline combined with relevant experience
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Numerate - proven ability to analyze and interpret data in a meaningful way
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Payroll and/or HR experience desirable
  • Proven organisation skills
  • Experience interacting with employees at all levels within a business environment
  • HR Systems experience

Remuneration Package

€40,000-€50,000 plus pension, healthcare & bonus
