Purchasing Administrator

About the Company

A leading supplier of Purchasing and Procurement services is seeking to appoint a Purchasing Administrator to it's team.

About the Position

In this role you will provide Administration support to its team in a fast paced and collaborative environment. This is a Monday to Friday role based in their City Centre office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain monthly FCP Purchasing Bank – Supplier rebate tracker and updating supplier sales records
  • Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Ad Hoc Reports for Management and Sales teams
  • Office Duties – Pricing for Sales Team, updating Procure Wizard, Data entry on internal system (Emerald)

Experience/Requirements

1-2 years of previous experience in a similar admin/purchasing role.

Technical Skills

  • Computer Literate on all MS Office programmes
  • MS Office Excel to an advanced standard is essential
  • Experience in administration and data entry is essential

Remuneration Package

Salary range is €26,000 - €28,000
