About the Position

The ideal candidate has a good attention to detail, is able to juggle multiple tasks and has a can-do attitude.  The successful candidate needs to be an excellent communicator and can work in collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare management accounts, including analysis and reports, for review with Financial Director
  • Support Accounts Payable function/ Accounts Receivable function
  • Oversee the debtors and creditors ledgers to act as the point of contact for any queries
  • Prepare Accruals & Prepayments ledgers
  • Maintain fixed asset register & depreciation
  • Responsible for monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation
  • Review weekly Senior Management figures and prepare group report
  • Responsible for managing month end journals
  • Mange Overheads review Vs budget
  • Revenue recognition
  • Costs of Sales accruals reconciliation
  • Work with Teams to reconcile working timesheet and prepare costs journals
  • Prepare PAYE, VAT returns on ROS
  • Responsible for the month end reporting process
  • Ensure all month end deadlines are strictly adhered to
  • Assist with the audit
  • Other ad hoc duties as required by Finance Department


  • 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • Degree in accounting or finance.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Team player
  • SAP experience an advantage
  • Collaborative style with strong communication skills and a good team player.
  • Excellent organisation skills, ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
  • High level of resilience, able to remain highly effective and flexible in changing business circumstances.

Remuneration Package

  • Salary-€35,000-€40,000
