Our client an Ed tech start-up and disruptor in the field of workplace education are now recruiting for a customer centric, hungry-to-win Customer Success and Account Executive.

Our client boast an exceptional list including Fortune 500 and blue chip companies and they also have global agreements with top tier consultancy firms

About the Position

This is a hugely exciting role, with lots of autonomy and the opportunity to build your own playbook. This role will also provide a pivotal contribution to the future success of the business.

You will play a pivotal role in the continued success and development of the company by delivering a cohesive suite of services, meeting customer needs and solving their everyday challenges. The opportunity for quick progression will be a real prospect for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage up to 50 customer relationships both existing and new.
  • Work with your customers on a regular basis to understand their goals and align them with the necessary resources to achieve them.
  • Partner with internal teams to 'solve for the customer' including onboarding and identifying opportunities to up-sell/x-sell, as well as overseeing the customer renewal schedule.
  • Consistently communicate with decision-makers to understand their identity verification needs and business requirements. This will require daily customer meetings, undertaking progress reviews, make strategic and tactical recommendations
  • Promote the growth of your customer base by uncovering, scoping and qualifying opportunities where customers can use more products and services to ensure customer retention and growth.
  • Create and build relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth and increase customer loyalty and product adoption

Experience/Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of B2B SaaS customer success, account management, consulting and/or sales experience, ideally in a start-up – eLearning experience is ideal
  • Someone who thrives in the start-up environment. You like solving problems and exploiting opportunities - even though sometimes they might not appear in your job description.
  • Hungry to win and entrepreneurial.
  • A strategic thinker - winning big in our accounts will take a multi-threaded approach.
  • Strong business, operational and technical aptitude with a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and transactional business models
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships with decision makers
  • Ability to close deals

€35,000 - €50,000
