Our client a market leading Ed tech start-up and disruptor in the field of workplace education are now recruiting for a Sales Account Executive.

Our client boasts an exceptional list including Fortune 500 and blue-chip companies and they also have global agreements with top tier consultancy firms and their product is truly transformational

About the Position

Our client is looking for a customer centric, hungry account executive to win new business. This is a hugely exciting role, with lots of autonomy and the opportunity to build your own playbook. This role will also provide a pivotal contribution to the future success of the business. The opportunity for quick progression will be a real prospect for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build on the existing portfolio of business by generating new business
  • Prospect, develop, and close new business customers
  • Develop and execute on account or territory plans to deliver on revenue goals
  • Create and deliver sales forecasts, updates and share best practices with the rest of Sales
  • Sell the vision to prospects through product demonstrations customer centric selling, storytelling and target-specific initiatives
  • Creative outbound strategies that drive new opportunities
  • Prospect in order to build pipeline and build strong relationships with prospects
  • Proven history of overachieving quota and results in a start-up, high-growth company
  • Invest in colleagues and give coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement
  • Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this team
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
  • Seek out opportunities to be a leader and do everything you can to help the company achieve its larger objectives


  • 2 - 3 years of B2B SaaS customer enterprise sales and account management experience, ideally in a start-up – eLearning experience is ideal
  • Hunger to win and succeed and entrepreneurial.
  • Someone who thrives in the start-up environment. You like solving problems and exploiting opportunities
  • A strategic thinker - winning big in our accounts will take a multi-threaded approach.
  • Strong business, operational and technical aptitude with a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and transactional business models
  • Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships with decision makers
  • Ability to close deals

Remuneration Package

On target earning of over €100,000 plus benefits
