Job Title 

Sales Order Administrator 

Key Responsibilities


  • Processing high volume of orders for the European Market daily and meeting specific deadlines for order & dispatch processing.
  • Completion of necessary documentation for shipping with Europe.
  • Dealing with price, promotions, stock level and customer queries and ensuring efficient and timely processing of all type of customer requests and orders.
  • Invoicing for all goods dispatched daily.
  • Handling any queries/requests in relation to the invoices.
  • Liaising with transport/ freight companies to ensure dispatch & delivery of goods on time.
  • Work with the merchandising and sales teams to ensure customer requests/orders are processed and dealt with efficiently.
  • Analyze & process credit requests from customers & ensure these are processed in timely manner.
  • Cross Training within the Customer Service Team to provide support to other team members when required.
  • Ensuring that interdepartmental communication is open and effective to ensure the order flow is maintained daily


  • Computer literacy with a good knowledge of MS Office and in particular Excel
  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role  
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Possess strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload working to busy deadlines
  • Work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Experience with SAGE an advantage
Remuneration Package 
€34,000 to €35,000 plus pension.
