The Role

We are currently seeking to hire a full-time permanent Senior/Analyst to join our Strategy Practice. The Senior/Analyst will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. They will support Consultants and Senior Consultants in the design, drafting and analysis and synthesis of findings in a project.

Working in a team environment, and with our clients, the Senior/Analyst’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

· Contribute to the design and build of analytical frameworks for data analysis and research needs, including, though not limited to focus group and workshop design, interview protocols and survey development

· Conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities including, though not limited to, desk research, sector landscape mapping, PESTLE, market and trends research, stakeholder consultation

· Gather relevant data through document analysis, research, interviews, focus groups and surveys

· Provide support to Project Team in the design and data capture for workshops, focus groups, meetings and interviews

· Synthesis of information into themes, trends and issues to support concrete recommendations

· Design and develop client-ready deliverables (reports and/or decks) in an insightful and structured manner, both written and oral

· Contribute to the development of content and approaches for the broader Strategy Practice

· Support business development opportunities through contributing to proposal development and sector opportunities

· Assist in the development and implementation of internal processes and practices

Experience required:

We are looking for our new team member to bring experience in:

· Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in fast paced domains such as management consulting, social innovation or a similar type of private sector experience; working for an international organisation (desirable)

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in political science, public policy, international relations, economics, statistics or related field, preferred

· Experience in business development and project management (desirable)

· Experience drafting high-quality presentations and reports for clients, complemented by strong oral communication skills

· Familiarity with statistical software and tools (an advantage)

· International approach able to work with a virtual team

· Highly proficient user of MS Office with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel

· Interest in Global Affairs and the International Development Sector

· Ability or willingness to contribute to business development through support bids for new business

· Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
