Our Client is Ireland’s national regulated water utility. They are a commercial semi-state company and directly employ over 1,600 people who deliver water services to 1.7 million customers daily.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Alarm and Events Management Specialist. The role has a national responsibility for the effective and efficient 24/7/365 remote monitoring, management and response to alarms. This will include undertaking proactive and reactive activities in support of operational requirements. The Centre operates on a 24/7/365 basis therefore working hours for this role will be on a shift rotation pattern.
