About the Company

My client is a start up business based in South Dublin who are about to become a true market challenger offering new digital financial products throughout Ireland.

About the Position

This is a brand new role to set up the Recruitment function including policies, processes and tools in line with best practice and managing allocated recruitment campaigns end to end from approval through to on-boarding.  This includes managing internal and external stakeholder expectations while delivering recruitment services at best-practice standard to all of the divisions within the Company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage multiple recruitment campaigns, determining business objectives and setting measurable outcomes for success
  • Develop and implement selection and recruitment processes, tools and techniques to provide a high quality recruitment service
  • Build and maintain value adding business relationships with internal clients and also with external stakeholders (applicants, colleges, agencies etc.)
  • Partner with the business to identify their recruitment needs, strategic goals, and understand the business and performance problems they face
  • Broker the relationship between the business managers and HR teams
  • Communicate progress effectively with all stakeholders at various stages of the process
  • Take responsibility for own personal development plan and continually renew recruitment  knowledge and skills while implementing feedback from manager and peers
  • Lead or participate in ad hoc projects which support the business objectives as they arise 

Experience/Requirements

  • Relevant 3rd level or professional HR qualification  is desirable
  • Possess the necessary gravitas and credibility to interact with Senior Management
  • Flexible and resilient with strong problem solving skills
  • Experience of direct recruitment and advertising campaigns, including social media
  • Good understanding of employment legislation as it relates to recruitment (in particular, fair selection process, restrictive covenants, discrimination etc.)

Remuneration Package

€60,000 -€65,000 plus benefits
