About the Company

My client is a start up business based in South Dublin who are about to become a true market challenger offering new digital financial products throughout Ireland.

About the Position

This is a centralised role spanning payroll, benefits, and other HR transactions. The purpose of this Job is to provide quality HRSS / Payroll services and administrative support to all business units and all employees throughout the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a range of HR administrative  services end-to-end in line with regulatory requirements such as employment contracts, benefits administration, reporting
  • Record and oversee the accurate and timely maintenance of HR and L&D records
  • Perform Quality Analysis on agreed payrolls and authorise payrolls within agreed parameters.
  • Identify and deliver service and process improvements, from both efficiency and control perspectives and to ensure compliance with  employment/ payroll legislation / revenue rules
  • Support the design, delivery and evaluation of performance management, talent, learning and development processes
  • Undertake and be responsible for any projects as required

Experience/Requirements

  • A HR qualification is desirable
  • Previous relevant experience or a technical qualification in a relevant area is desirable e.g. IPASS, Accounting Technician or AITI
  • Good  knowledge of HR and taxation legislation
  • Strong working knowledge of Payroll / HR systems
  • Good understanding of role of HR/IT systems in the effective delivery of HR services

Remuneration Package

€40,000 plus excellent benefits
