R&D Tax Consultant

About the Company

The R&D group is a dynamic team comprising a broad range of diverse professionals ranging from electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, computer scientists and chemistry to tax and accounting. 

The group provides services to multinational corporations investing into Ireland as well as domestic companies in order to maximise ROI on R&D activities.

Working with some of the largest multinational corporations in the world across all sectors (e.g. technology, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, consumer goods, med. devices) as well as Ireland’s most dynamic PLC’s and domestic technology companies. The role will be predominantly focused on the Technology sector.

About the Position

The role will involve developing client relationships, mentoring junior member of staff and delivering value for clients as well as developing in time a strong market profile for as a subject matter expert in R&D.

Experience/Requirements

  • An engineering or computer scientist
  • Experience in industry or academic research and/or development work in the technology sector.
  • Ideally Qualified/Part Qualified accountant or tax professional
  • You will have excellent business development and relationship management skills, whilst still maintaining the ability to take direction from Partners, managers and clients.
  • Excellent project management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
