Recruitment Executive

About the Company

My Client is Ireland's inward promotion agency, they partner with established companies, both large and small, working with them every step of the way to achieve a smooth, fast and successful set-up of their operations in Ireland.

About the Position

This is an initial contract position up to 31st March 2022. Working as apart of the HR and OD Team, you will be responsible for overseeing all active vacancies within Ireland and report to the team on a weekly basis

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage the complete recruitment cycle from initial sanction through to the selection stage, from Junior to Senior roles (including overseas)
  • To participate on interview panels at the appropriate level and provide feedback to staff and candidates as necessary;
  • To co-ordinate the administration of recruitment at all levels ensuring support is provided to both the HR&OD Manager and Hiring Manager(s);
  • To provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the HR&OD  team;
  • Providing a timely and responsive service to all HR queries;
  • To support on a number of strategic initiatives/projects, e.g. Graduate Recruitment, Recruitment Policy Development and HR Information System Development;
  • Ensure that my client's  values of People, Professionalism, Passion for Performance and Public Service are upheld at all times;
  • To ensure dignity, respect and equality are applied throughout the organisation and that a work life balance in the   workplace is supported as much as possible;
  • To demonstrate flexibility in undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned.

Experience/Requirements

  • A relevant third level Business or HR & OD qualification to minimum of degree level, and relevant HR/Recruitment experience is essential;
  • Previous recruitment experience desirable;
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) will be a distinct advantage;
  • Ability to work well under pressure, flexibly and independently on own initiative;
  • Ongoing flexibility;
  • A full driving license is essential
