IT Support Daily Rate Contract

 

About the Company

Our client is a leading and well-known financial services company based in Dublin City Centre who have been growing consistently and recognized as a great place to work.


About the Position

Break fix and general support for approx. 600 users. This role is initially for 6 weeks but could become permanent for the right candidate.


Experience/Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience fixing issues with laptops and PCs at 1st and some 2nd level.

 

  • IS Operational duties
  • Telephone support
  • 2nd level Desktop remote/desk-side trouble-shooting
  • Microsoft Windows 10 & Office 365 skills essential
  • Basic software support for over 80 applications
  • Professional approachable manner
  • Maintain current and new end user client device integrity, security and virus protection

 


Remuneration Package

Negotiable Daily Rate.
