Our client employs over 100 Associates across their full range of categories and functions. They provide a broad selection of well known brands to the Irish market across four distinct categories: confectionery, food, petcare and Wrigley.

About the Position

As Product Supply Coordinator the successful candidate will be part of a team who have the responsibility for driving the continuity in the business. Together you will work to ensure clear forecasting signals to our factories and reliable goods flow to the markets. The Product Supply Coordinator is essential in ensuring clear communication on product availability and changes to the flow. Customer satisfaction is the main focus and they strive to improve services towards internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce the daily Product Supply status communication which details low and out of stock items and when product availability will be restored. This daily update on product supply is used throughout the end-to-end supply chain, especially by Customer Service to enable them to manage customer orders and communication
  • Review stock, production and forecast information to identify product supply risks
  • Liaise with factories, demand planners, customer service and sales to drive mitigation activities.
  • Provide weekly and periodic information on deletions, analyze the root causes and work with the supply chain team on actions to prevent repeat issue
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • KPI analysis
  • Stock levels and inbound planning
  • Strong operational relationships with internal stakeholders


  • Experience in Supply Chain operations and its working practices
  • Self-driven to strive for results and continuous improvement
  • Ability to build productive relationships and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Good analytical skills & system understanding
  • Customer focus
  • Experience with Excel and Power Point, Power-Bi and administrative work
  • SAP skills will speak in your favour
  • Fluent in English

Remuneration Package

€35,000 - €42,000
Hybrid working model 37.5hrs per week, 9am - 5.30pm
