About the Position

Great role suitable for a candidate who is highly numerate and comfortable with performing credit risk analysis. The main objective of this role is customer credit risk due diligence and financial analysis. The role is open to a hybrid/flexible working model but there is an expectation that the candidate will be available to be on site 2 to 3 days going forward, location Shannon. The role is 50% on the investment side and 50% on the credit risk side, combining credit risk assessment, KYC and AML. 

Key Responsibilities

  • KYC, ABAC & & AML Compliance Risk verification
  • Customer Credit Rating
  • Lease transaction underwriting
  • Responsible for understanding and monitoring the engine leasing compliance environments for Economic and Financial Sanctions, and relevant Irish and International AML and ABAC legislation.
  • Input for Risk Management into Deal Approval Papers, Contracts and Term Sheets.
  • Portfolio, Market and Industry related analysis and reporting
  • Investment and Divestment decision making analysis and presentation
  • Bespoke analysis & support for various functions.
  • Preparation of ad-hoc reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Various other projects and tasks as assigned.


  • Professional, Masters or Postgraduate in Accounting/Finance or related discipline  
  • Minimum 3 to 4 years relevant experience required working in deadline focused environment (Aviation Industry preferred).
  • Experience in Credit Risk Assessment and financial modelling  
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Flexible, creative and innovative with strong communication and presentation skills.

Remuneration Package

This role is offered on a permanent basis and offers a highly competitive salary. Benefits include pension, healthcare, gym subsidy, free lunches when on site and bonus. There is also a generous annual leave allowance of 26 days plus 2 additional company days. Hybrid working model is an option.
