A multinational technology and communications organisation based in South Dublin with remote working.

About the Position

Reporting into the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager, this is a pivotal role. You will have full ownership of specific roles in Technology
This will involve following resourcing procedures and practices to address vacancies such as sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing and recommending internal / external candidates
for all job levels, working in partnership with the resourcing team, HRBPs, the Talent Team and key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow established procedures and provides support across key administration areas of the sourcing process, working with key stakeholders across the resourcing function
  • Work across the Talent team to create a build, buy, borrow strategy to source skills, considering internal pools of talent which can be upskilled or reskilled for specific roles.
  • Positively impacts and supports the resourcing function, through responsibility of administrative duties, posting vacancies, booking interviews and managing the candidate offer process 
  • Uses judgement based on established precedence and practice to meet resourcing KPI’s and ensures a smooth transaction process to support excellent candidate experience.
  • Draws on best practice knowledge and in depth understanding of resourcing to improve the quality of hires, and potential of those hired to meet the business objectives and local market talent agenda
  • Supports operational excellence throughout the resourcing process and aspires to create an unmatched candidate experience.
  • Develops strong relationships with the hiring managers keeping them informed on a regular basis and informing of any issues which might impact the candidate experience.
  • Contributes to or manages resourcing projects, including targeted employer branding campaigns, as well as transformation and change programmes.
  • Undertake and input into the management reporting of talent and development metrics as required 

Experience/Requirements

  • Third level qualification
  • 2 years' in-house recruitment experience
  • Experience in Technical recruitment

Remuneration Package

€50,000 plus excellent benefits
