About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious candidates to develop their skills in a corporate environment. We are looking for talented support staff to enable the organisation to continue its growth. Our ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, office administration, sales support or paraplanning roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting advisers with undertaking regular reviews and appointment booking of existing and prospective clients.
  • On-boarding new clients
  • Conducting financial planning analysis, such as investment risk profiling and cashflow modelling analysis on behalf of prospects and clients (all required on the job training provided).
  • Customer service administrative functions including but not limited to assisting advisers and clients with completion of relevant paperwork, tracking ongoing adviser business and dealing with information requests from clients and external parties.
  • Able to handle routine customer calls/e-mails in a timely manner and appropriately escalate any issues to advisers
  • Data entry and maintenance of CRM systems
  • Ad hoc tasks as required


  • Communicates openly and clearly with particularly strong telephone and written communication skills
  • Proactively seeks out ways to learn, improve and develop themselves and identifies practical opportunities for the business to develop.
  • Methodical approach to a busy workload, prioritising oneself to see tasks through to completion
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is essential
  • Takes responsibility to maintain productive relationships with colleagues, management, and business partners


  • Leaving Certificate minimum
  • Preferable Advanced/Higher Certificate
  • QFA qualified


Previous experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an advisory role, having a proven track record for providing financial advice
  • Excellent IT skills including operating Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Strong letter/report writing skills
