About the Position

This is a permanent position  and the successful HR Manager will Partner with Investor & Treasury Services business leaders and functional leaders to provide advice and counsel on all aspects of human resources including talent management, sourcing and mobility, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, HR Services, organizational design, employee relations and restructuring, change management, workforce management, leadership and employee development, performance management and rewards and recognition

You will support the business strategies and enterprise agenda through the development, advancement and execution of my client's HR objectives and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Align with business leaders in the planning and execution of overall business strategies, and advise on potential HR contributions, solutions, implications and risks of proposed business initiatives
  2. Advance the talent review and succession processes to ensure the most effective use of talent and resource
  3. Drive activities to identify talent (especially high potential talent) deeper into the organisation
  4. Partner with business leaders in the planning, development and enablement of an agile, adaptable and highly competent workforce
  5. Partner with the HR community to identify emerging market trends and bring that knowledge back to the business in order to successfully plan for short and long term workforce issues and succession requirements
  6. Ensure the timely delivery and oversight of high quality HR Services for the Ireland location, including monthly payroll, benefits programme, pension plan, and employee life cycle
  7. Analyse data from employee opinion surveys and partner with managers and leaders to align action plans to areas of focus. Enable and hold business groups accountable for execution of action plans.
  8. Lead with the business in assessing and strengthening leadership depth and employee capability. In partnership with the Learning & Development team provide creative learning solutions and development opportunities.
  9. Provide guidance and direction on compensation processes with businesses
  10. Ensure that the organisation and all legal entities meet corporate governance and legal requirements
  11. Contribute to the annual compensation planning process
  12. Reinforce and implement initiatives that will transform organisational culture required to deliver on business strategy. Reinforce and embed new and emerging change agenda through implementation of targeted HR initiatives, while supporting leader and employees through the process.
  13. Work in partnership with line management, and with Employee Relations COE when required, to provide advice on complex and sensitive employee cases including investigations, disciplinaries, restructures, redundancies, grievances, appeals, dismissals etc.
  14. Identify/ heighten awareness/ support management and resolution/ mitigation of people risks in the business.
  15. Ensuring annual critical role review, Fitness & Probity reviews, and succession planning take place.


  1. Proven previous experience working as an HR Business Partner
  2. Educated to Degree level
  3. CIPD qualification preferred
  4. Financial Services experience preferred
  5. An understanding of the regulatory regime as it relates to HR preferred

Remuneration Package

€80,000 - € 90,000 plus excellent benefits
