QC Manager - Dublin 

About the Client:

My client are a Biopharma group with operations in Ireland, EU, the US and Asia. They have a site in Dublin that manufactures, packages and supplies essential products across the globe. They have a mixture of both established and late stage development products within their portfolio and are passionate about patient care. 

About the role: 

As a key member within QC, you will report into the Head of Quality at the site and lead a group of QC professionals. You will be the main point of contact for QC and represent the Laboratory across the site and to global external contacts. 

Experience/Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Life Sciences or equivalent
• 10+ years Pharma or Biotech industry experience
• Supervisory/Management experience  - essential 
• Experience working with individuals across all levels in QC - you should have previously been involved in hiring, on-boarding, training and performance management
• Experience being the main point of contact and go to person for QC / Lab activities
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills

Remuneration:

€75,000 - €85,000 depending on experience + Full Benefits package
