VP Legal | Aviation Leasing

About the Position

Excellent opportunity to join a world class aviation lessor as VP Legal. Based in Dublin you will report to the head of legal and deliver in-house legal advice in the negotiation, execution and administration of aircraft acquisitions, sales and leases. This role offers unparalleled experience and exposure to interesting projects and the company is undergoing strong growth and acquisitions. 

Experience/Requirements

• UK / Ireland Qualified Solicitor
• Minimum 6-10 years relevant aviation leasing and finance experience with a law firm with an industry recognized aviation leasing and finance practice or strong in-house experience with an aircraft leasing company.
• A high energy individual accustomed to demanding roles with the proven resilience to excel in a fast-paced international environment.
