About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Review and update validation documentation as required for your project. Change Control. Risk Assessment, User Requirement Specification, Design Specifications, Manufacturing control plans.
• Meeting with other departments to ensure documentation meets latest standards and requirements. Quality, Validation, Automation, Process, Machine Safety
• Execution of IQ/PQ/OQ/PV and relevant protocols and reports. Document deviations if required
• Review and update of training material as required if new asset has different operation conditions
• Review of risk-based documents. e.g. PFMEA & RA, and review with relevant departments
• Updates to management of progress and/or detail any issues and delays
• Schedule review meeting to ensure project stays on track and resources are available.
• Learn how process works to ensure your asset will align with previous process step and future process steps

Experience/Requirements

• Third level degree in Engineering or similar discipline.
• 1-3 years’ experience in equipment installations/facilities/commissioning or similar
• Self-motivated, with focus on H&S, Quality, Delivery and Cost.
• Proven Root Cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
• Must have - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and excellent organization and scheduling skills
