A leading Irish based asset manager that was founded in 2003. It manages a range of funds, on behalf of private clients, pension funds, endowments, charities, and corporates in Ireland, focused on different areas of investment, from global funds to Irish property

About the Position

The successful candidate will work within the Operations team who are responsible for the management of the administrative activities of my client and oversight of the activities of their private clients who act as fund administrator, custodian, and depository of the client funds. This could be an excellent opportunity for someone looking to transfer out of funds admin into an asset management company. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Funds administration activity, including management and oversight of trading activity and queries for subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfers.
  • Performing daily checks and monitoring all aspects of the operational model including dealing and investor services.
  • Oversight of cash reconciliations and flows including oversight of subscription/redemption bank accounts
  • New investor account set up and onboard process, including review of documentation for requirements relating to AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS.
  • AML account opening checklists
  • Liaise with Client Relationship Management (CRM) team for risk based ongoing obligations for standard & high risk, including PEPs, investors.
  • Maintenance, review and updating of investor documentation


  • Experience in an equivalent role in an Asset Management, Funds Administration or Transfer Agency environment. 
  • Knowledge of the TA operational model, operational processes and the regulatory environment in which the client operates as an asset manager,
  • Display a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability
  • Working knowledge of funds industry (Hedge and Mutual funds)
  • Strong MS Office - Excel skills essential
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written and excellent interpersonal skills required

Remuneration Package

Salary: €30-40k depending on experience

Full benefit package available
