About the Position

This HRIS Data Analyst is a brand new role. You will be responsible for my client's HRIS (Success Factors), ensuring data integrity, accuracy and compliance with Group and local HR processes and procedures. You will coordinate the roll-out and implementation of new HRIS modules, leveraging the system’s capabilities to improve and automate existing HR processes and procedures, while ensuring system performance is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR services, ensuring processes and procedures are documented, effective & efficient, and in line with best practice.
  • You  will have one direct report, the HR Administrator and will therefore work closely with the HR Administrator and be a point of escalation when necessary.
  • Have responsibility for the ongoing effective management and processing of all remuneration, compensation and benefits through payroll (via a 3rd party payroll vendor).
  • Responsible for local Data Privacy & GDPR requirements, and manage Security Access to local HRIS.
  • Effectively oversee / perform all data uploads (new hire, leaver, amendments / changes, reorganization, regular evaluation, promotion, merit pay increase etc.)
  • Carry out regular checks on HRIS to ensure data integrity and accuracy is maintained.
  • Provide data insights and reporting into people metrics to help forecasting, business planning and the development of forward-thinking people strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Group product houses and key business stakeholders that enable the successful development and delivery of key HR processes, people reports, dashboards and analytics ensuring a good understanding of their business objectives
 

Experience/Requirements

  • Relevant 3rd level qualification in HR or business studies;
  • CIPD accredited qualification preferable.
  • Strong HRIS experience is required, Success Factors experience is preferable
  • A comprehensive understanding of high quality day-to-day HR Services, and demonstrable experience of same is required
  • Must be process and procedure driven
  • Payroll administration experience preferred, and an understanding of the end-to-end payroll process is preferable
  • HR data analysis experience required; ability to analyse HR data and present meaningful insights to senior stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of GDPR, and governance processes.
