About the Position

Our client, a diversified healthcare services business with a global footprint, are looking to recruit for two Executive Assistants, one based in City West and one based in north Dublin. These roles will report into the business manager and the vision is to build a professional team to provide a flexible support model across the business, from reception through to administrative support, to managing events, to supporting communication and engagement efforts, and to dedicated EA support to the leadership team

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing a professional and positive profile for the company as the primary point of contact on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and co-ordinate all travel arrangements and accommodation on behalf of the ELT.
  • Meeting preparation and logistics, assuring that all meetings are organised in a professional and effective way by developing agendas.
  • Provide communications support and support people initiatives as needed.  This includes running events, developing materials, helping with activities.
  • Manage and co-ordinate process improvements, involving planning, organising and implementing administrative systems that support the smooth running of the Leadership Teams.
  • Manage all corporate events and entertainment, ensuring in line with budget and specific requirement.
  • Extensive diary and travel management, task prioritisation and scheduling.
  • Provide back up support to reception and help out as needed. 
  • Ability to co-ordinate project work as assigned by the Leadership Team.

Experience/Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years Personal Assistant experience to C-Suite level.
  • Experience in communications, projects and event management
  • Digital proficiency is essential.
  • You will be a highly resourceful professional, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • You will be flexible, proactive, and efficient with a proven record of commitment to professional and client service excellence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organisational skills.
  • Have the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are of the utmost importance.

Remuneration Package

€50,000 - €65,000 plus excellent benefits package
