About the Position

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience working as a Front Office Administrator in a corporate environment to join a a leading global company. This is a varied role, working on team in a supportive environment with excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will have the ability to promote a positive image of the Company to both internal and external stakeholders. They must be able to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Be friendly, have an upbeat attitude and be well presented This is a full time permanent office position based in Dublin 4.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors, screen telephone calls, inquiries and requests, handling as appropriate
• Organise couriers and taxis
• Provide extensive meeting resource management for Dublin-based staff, accommodate changing requirements and meeting invitations on short notice
• Address incoming and outgoing post (mail/packages)
• Support with travel arrangements, meeting logistics, etc.
• Provide support to Finance Team – printing and scanning invoices for payment as required
• Support key events as they arise 
• Provide hospitality services to external guests visiting the Dublin office
• General filing and procurement
• Coordinate with estate manager and estate security
• Assist new employees with their enquiries regarding the building and other relevant requests
• General assistance to Dublin-based staff
• Any other tasks/ projects as may be assigned by the Workplace Services Team Manager from time to time
• Any other duties that fall within the scope of Workplace Services

Experience/Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• High level of attention to detail required
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Well presented, articulate and able to represent the company in a confident, personable, and friendly manner

Remuneration Package

€37,000 - €42,000 Plus excellent benefits
