About the Position

Private Equity Fund Accounting provides fund accounting services to private equity and credit funds. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving quality control with the Fund Accounting team that are responsible for providing accounting services to a high-profile client, with a large portfolio of funds.
  • Engaging with the client on joint process improvements and complete deep dives on any day-to- day issues in order, to develop an optimal resolution.
  • Maintaining and improving service delivery ratings.
  • Improving quality of output.
  • Reducing manual processing.
  • Engaging with the client on joint operating model development
  • Defining and implementing improvement opportunities.

Experience/Requirements

  • Deep experience in alternatives operations.
  • Track record of operational excellence
  • 5 years + experience managing Private Equity and /or Credit fund administration teams
  • Proven management ability in a global organization, managing multiple teams across multiple clients.
  • Excellent accounting knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead change and manage complex operational process enhancements
  • Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Project management experience an advantage
  • Experience with Investran and Geneva accounting platforms an advantage
