Team Executive Assistant

About the Position

This executive assistant role will support a team and will be hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The position requires a strong candidate with a minimum of three years’ experience in an executive assistant role and the successful candidate will be required to engage in a diverse and varied range of activities. Strong MS Office and document editing skills will be paramount

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide PA and administrative support to all the teams; preparing PowerPoint presentations, word documents and excel spreadsheets, executive assistant support to Head of Treasury – email & diary management.
  • Copy typing, formatting, mail merges, and printing of documents and presentations
  • Travel Management – Including flights and accommodation.
  • Event Management for the team and reporting on client entertainment.
  • Co-ordination of monthly management reports, quarterly collating and formatting of Board Papers and the preparation of information packs for UK and Irish Management teams.
  • Management of client packs and documentation for sales teams
  • Digital Marketing/Dot Mailer for client communications
  • General Administrative tasks, website support and logging CPD hours, and other ad-hoc duties including filing, archiving, credit card logs etc.
  • Booking of Rooms, lunches, AV, Parking etc. for client meetings


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an executive assistant role ideally within a financial services environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Desktop Publishing Experience – desirable
  • Professional, proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Eager and enthusiastic team player
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Good creative ability and attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness
  • Ability to meet deadlines

Remuneration Package

€45,000 - €50,000 plus pension, healthcare, bonus and many other benefits
