About the Position

Our client currently has a vacancy for a Senior Receptionist and Administrator to join their  Business Support Team. The ideal candidate will provide day to day reception, business, project & administrative support to senior management within the organisation .  They will also be responsible for co-ordination of daily tasks and workload of the Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities

  • To cover front of house reception and help deliver 5-star customer experience both internally and externally
  • Call answering, vetting and distribution from internal and external clients and manage all queries as appropriate
  • Executive administration support
  • Preparation of Board packs
  • Conduct performance reviews for Receptionist with support from Head of Department
  • Support senior management in the preparation of complex reports, tenders and presentations
  • Draft standard letters and reports
  • Co-ordinate schedules for project team meetings and/or staff meetings
  • To take ownership of specific projects or information requests as required
  • Manage the telephone cover on a daily/weekly basis to minimise telephony breaches
  • Co-ordinate and create the bi-monthly company ezine

Experience/Requirements

  • 3+ years administrative experience
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Proven excellent customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience managing confidential information
  • Experience in team development and coaching

Remuneration Package

€35,000 - €38,000 Plus excellent benefits
