The Role:
As a key member
of the
leadership t
eam, you will be reporting into the CEO for Ireland and European Compliance Head with responsibilities for leading out and ensuring the Compliance Framework is driven across the business both internally and externally.
Ideally skilled as a naturally coach and leader of the Compliance team and a trusted advisor to the business.
Oversee, organise, coordinate and perform adequate controls in order to identify, evaluate and monitor compliance risks.
Enable recommendations and actions required to mitigate current and potential compliance risks and monitor the implementation of the measures taken.
Mentor and develop the compliance team, enabling a strong compliance / pro-business culture in line with compliance regulatory requirements.
Proactively engage with the company and other control functions within the business
As MLRO (PCF 52) and working closely with the European AML Head, lead out the AML requirements and it’s branches, setting the policy for the business.

line of defence, oversee, transaction monitoring, KYC and onboarding processes
Conduct monitoring reviews on AML processes and procedure.
Lead on relevant regulatory obligations applicable to E-Money and card scheme rules including Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) and eMoney regulations.
Development and implement a Compliance Program that addresses the business’ ongoing scheme obligations in line with 3

party oversight
Assist in the execution and ongoing improvement of all operational aspects of the compliance program.
Present management reports for the board of directors and senior management
Drive a continuous improvement across the internal Business Governance Framework
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Ideally 8 – 10 years + track record in compliance and/or regulatory legal experiences in a financial services with a solid background in AML experience is a pre-requisite.
Business degree / ACOI qualification or equivalent preferred.
Adept experience in dealing with the CBI, FCA, / payments regulatory authorities.
Naturally clear and engaging communication style with cross functional stakeholder.
Adept in attend / presenting to company boards.
Expertise in managing broad compliance and risk workflows including anti-fraud, anti-bribery, privacy, third party oversight, sanctions, SARs,
Astute in working within complex regulatory features, natural trouble
