About the Position

Key Responsibilities

• Diary management for the Senior Management Team.
• Arrange flights, visas, and hotels
• Co-ordinate expenses.
• If required assist in Board and other meetings, catering, receiving guests etc
• Answer incoming calls.
• Arrange hotel accommodation for visitors when required.
• Arrange transfers for visitors via taxi or private chauffeur company
• Arrange dinners, lunches as required
• Arranging Internal Meetings for teams and individuals as requested.
• Arrange lunches for all staff events, Lunch & Learn’s, Team Meetings.  Liaise with various catering companies.
• Arranging Internal/External Conferences, liaising with Hotels and Suppliers where required.
• Maintain memberships & subscriptions with various professional bodies
• Provide support to other Executive Assistants as required

Experience/Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years Executive Assistant experience at C-Suite level, ideally in financial or professional services
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fast thinker
• Can cope with busy periods
• Good decision maker
• Customer Focused
