Finance Business Partner(Cork)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner with teams to deliver ongoing support identifying key risks & opportunities.
Liaise directly with site & finance teams for reporting of above site groups.
Responsible for review of balance sheet accounts.
Support Financial Audits & Sarbanes Oxley audits.
Account for the payroll from GBS reports and manage the payroll analytics
Partner with business units to provide insight and support on their monthly financials
Taxation: Support reporting of all taxation accounting.
Statutory reporting: Supporting coordination of financial statutory returns with auditors and ensures compliance with appropriate international accounting standards (US GAAP). Completion of Entity forecast liaising across business functions.
Perform management accounting processes as assigned in line with standard work and agreed ways of working and processes to deliver outputs to Business Partner customers in line with agreed timelines and SLA.
Key Criteria:
Accredited qualification in business studies, commerce, business information systems, Finance, Economics.
Use of HFM and SAP preferable
Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
Familiar with Operational Excellence tools, techniques, and mentality.
Expert level PC skills, with experience of financial systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Remuneration Package - €52-€58k plus Benefits
