About the Company

Our client are a professional services firm based in Dublin 2 that have gone through exponential growth and as a result are looking to recruit for an Executive Assistant to support their Directors. This company boasts a fun, dynamic and supportive environment with potential for progression

About the Position

This is a varied role supporting Directors who are leaders in their field and provide great support, potential for learning and exposure and involvement with global clients, whilst also providing autonomy. This is a brand new position and provides the opportunity to progress to a senior Executive Assistant role. This will be a hybrid position

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive diary management, making decisions on your own initiative to resolve conflicts and maximise Director time
  • Proactive travel management to include researching and booking travel, creating detailed itineraries, and assistance with visas
  • Facilitate logistical arrangements and attend events as required, proactively ensuring appropriate meeting spaces and catering is available
  • Collate and process expenses and invoices ensuring compliance with policy and approval process
  • Engage with Directors and their teams to understand business needs and priorities
  • Provide administrative support to strategic internal projects where required
  • Ensure documentation is prepared in advance of meetings
  • Manage communications and monitor the Director's email inboxes taking appropriate action, escalating, or delegating accordingly
  • Prepare and revise internal / client documents prior to circulation
  • Maintain client databases and updating contacts in our CRM system

Experience/Requirements

  • 3- 5 years Personal Assistant experience supporting and working at senior executive level
  • A strong, confident communicator with both excellent written and oral communications skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and clients
  • Ability to build relationships with and work as part of a team, ensuring seamless service to the company and clients
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident in exercising own judgement and make decisions to prioritise, challenge, negotiate and influence
  • Ability to balance multiple and competing demands and remain calm under pressure
  • A solution-orientated approach to situations and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and MS Outlook

Remuneration Package

€40,000 - €50,000 plus benefits
