Global Manufacturing 

About the Company

My client are a leading Global Healthcare group with multiple sites across Ireland. Due to success and growth they are expanding their Global Manufacturing across Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology and Medical Devices and Diagnostics. There is a need for an experienced Programme Manager to join their Global Operations team. 

About the Position

The role will report into the Director of PMO with a dotted line into the VP. 

Key Responsibilities

The Programme Manager will be responsible for initiation, management and delivery of a number of global strategic projects across the portfolio. You will engage with the necessary stakeholders and will form and lead project teams.

Experience/Requirements

  • A BSc / MSc in Science, Engineering or related
  • Project Management qualification (PMP, PMI or related)
  • 15+ years industry experience 
  • 5-10 years Project / Programme Management experience 
  • Leadership skills - ability to positively influence Project Managers, Senior Project Managers and key stakeholders across an organisation
  • Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical / Biotechnology / Devices manufacturing 
  • Excellent stakeholder management + communication skills
