Quality Assurance Specialist 

About the Company

My client are a global healthcare leader with multiple commercial offices and state of the art manufacturing facilities across Ireland. Their product portfolio includes Biologics, Pharmaceuticals, Devices and Diagnostics. They are a dynamic leader in the healthcare space and well regarded globally. 

About the Position

The QA Specialist will report into the Quality Director and work as part of a Global Quality team. This role is a virtual Quality role based in my clients commercial offices in Dublin. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, implement and maintain the QMS systems
  • Manage CMO activities across the global network 
  • Batch review to support batch release activities
  • Support Document Management through Trackwise
  • Manage Change Controls and CAPAs
  • Offer Project Support across global processes and procedures
  • Work across the global supplier network 
  • Support audit activities across the business 

Experience/Requirements

  • BSc or MSc in Life Sciences or related 
  • 4+ years QA / Compliance industry experience 
  • Experience working with suppliers / CMO's / TPM's / Sister sites 
  • Audit experience (qualified auditor or audit training desirable) 
  • Works well in a team and self directed 
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
  • A willingness to work in a changeable, fast paced environment 
  • Eligible to live and work in Ireland - and to work onsite in Dublin 

Remuneration Package
